Established 2013
Embossing Rollers Ltd was founded in 2013, but the expertise behind it goes back far further. Our team collectively brings over 80 years of specialist engraving knowledge to every project experience earned in workshops, not classrooms.
Originally based in Stalybridge, Cheshire, we outgrew our first site as demand grew. Our move to a larger facility in Heywood, Lancashire gave us the space to expand our capabilities and we're still growing.
We serve clients across the UK and internationally, in industries ranging from tissue and nonwovens to packaging, luxury goods, and beyond.

The facility in Heywood gives us the room to test, refine and deliver with more control, helping customers move from concept to production with confidence.
Our expertise
Every engraver at ERL completed a formal apprenticeship starting straight from school and working under experienced craftsmen. That foundation shapes everything we do.
It's why we can handle unusual applications that catch others out. Our team has an in-depth understanding of embossing technology that goes beyond technique they understand why things work, which means they can innovate when standard solutions fall short.
Quality and pride underpin every project. A stringent inspection procedure from arrival to despatch means our customers come back because the roller we deliver is exactly what was agreed.
