Most rollers can be brought back to production standard at 15–40% of replacement cost. Our engravers will give you an honest assessment (e.g. refurbish or replace) and turn it around fast.

Pattern Design & Development
From mood board to finished cylinder. Our 900mm pilot embossing machine lets you trial your pattern on your actual substrate e.g. paper, vinyl, nonwoven, leather, foil before a production roller is committed. No guesswork.
