Embossing Rollers Ltd (ERL) is a UK owned engraving company serving the embossing and converting industries in the UK and globally.
Established in 2013, the team collectively have 80 years embossing experience. The business was originally based in Stalybridge, Cheshire but took on larger premises in Heywood, Lancashire as the business grew. The Heywood location has allowed the business to grow even further and will continue to do so.
Our Expertise
The Embossing Rollers team are all time served engravers, having completed their 5-year apprenticeships straight from school. They continue to serve the industry, and this is why expertise and skill lie at the heart of the company, with a collective 80 years experience in the field of engraving and embossing roller technology.
The team have an in-depth understanding of embossing technology which allows them to be innovative in delivering practical solutions to unusual applications.
Quality and pride underpin every project and a stringent inspection procedure from arrival to despatch ensures satisfied customers and repeat business.

At Embossing Rollers Limited we work with our customers, from initial enquiry through to final delivery, on an agreed schedule. We understand and appreciate that we need to fit in with our customers’ schedules, production and manufacturing needs.
We make sure we fully understand the products and services of all our customers and the challenges that they face so we can provide the best product for their needs.
We work on a face-to-face basis at our Heywood site, or on yours, and/or by phone/email/video call. We are flexible and responsive.
